About the Otto office module

Otto is a complete office module with two workspaces and a separate entrance lobby. The wiring and the ventilation are built in at the factory, so on the chosen site only the electricity needs to be connected.

Module interior

The module is split into three rooms, with the entrance lobby in the middle.

Workspaces

Both workspaces are the same size, 10.72 m² each, and they sit at opposite ends of the module. Each one has its own ventilation unit. This layout lets one person work without disturbing the other.

Entrance lobby

The entrance lobby is 4.4 m² and sits between the two workspaces. The module entrance is here, and both workspaces open off it.

Equipment

Each workspace has a Mitsubishi Electric ventilation unit that brings in fresh air from outside and takes the stale air out, which means the rooms can be used with the windows closed. Heating and cooling run on a Gree Multi Split heat pump.

Materials and insulation

• Walls and ceiling are lined with painted 9 mm plywood
• The floor is vinyl, which stands up to office chair castors and daily use
• Walls and ceiling are insulated with a closed pore polyurethane system
• The floor uses Finnfoam, and the thickest insulation layers are in the floor and the ceiling, 100 mm each

Shipping container frame

Every REBORN modular home, sauna and office module is built from a shipping container with a steel frame. That build lets the module be moved from one site to another, because the steel frame takes both the lifting and the transport. A level base has to be prepared on the property before delivery.
