About the Otto office module

Otto is a complete office module with two separate workspaces at both ends of the module and a corridor between them. The wiring and ventilation are built in at the factory, leaving only the electricity to be connected on the chosen site.

Module interior

Workspaces

Both workspaces have large opening windows, and the first workspace also has a large panoramic window across the entire end wall. Each workspace can be used as a separate office, or one of them can be set up as a room for meetings with clients.

Corridor

The corridor is in the middle of the module, with the entrance to the module and a separate door into each workspace. This separation helps reduce noise, so that a conversation in one workspace does not disturb the person in the other.

Equipment

• 2 Mitsubishi Electric ventilation units, one in each workspace
• Gree Multi Split heat pump for heating the whole module
• 18 sockets, 8 in the first workspace and 10 in the second
• 7 ceiling lights, 3 in each workspace and 1 in the corridor
• 4 exterior lights
• 3-phase electrical supply

Materials and insulation

The interior walls and ceiling are lined with painted plywood sheets, which allow shelves, whiteboards or other items to be fixed to the walls as needed. The walls and ceiling have closed-cell polyurethane insulation, which does not absorb moisture. Beneath the vinyl flooring are Finnfoam insulation boards that withstand everyday loads.

Shipping container frame

The Otto office module is built on the steel frame of a shipping container, which withstands transport, meaning there is no need to worry if the chosen location turns out to be unsuitable or the office has to move to another site. Placing the module only requires a level surface and concrete blocks to set it on.
